Two in court over Katy French death
Two people have been charged with failing to get medical assistance for model Katy French when she fell seriously ill.
Kieron Ducie (40) and Ann Corcoran (29) appeared in court yesterday facing two charges in relation to the death of the model in December 2007. They both faced the same two charges.
The pair were both granted bail by Judge Tom Fitzpatrick when they appeared at Trim district court yesterday.
Ducie, of Lambertstown Manor, Kilmessan, Co Meath, and Corcoran, of Tolka Road, Dublin 3, arrived separately at the court after being arrested yesterday. The first charge alleges that they conspired to possess cocaine for the purpose of supplying to another individual.
They were also charged with intentionally or recklessly engaging in conduct which created a substantial risk of death or serious harm to another person.
