A teenager has been charged over a knife attack at the Notting Hill Carnival.
The 16-year-old boy was charged with grievous bodily harm following the assault on Rio Andre, 20, towards the end of the event on Monday.
A Scotland Yard spokesman said the teenager has appeared at West London Youth Court accused of grievous bodily harm with intent and possession of an offensive weapon and was remanded in custody to reappear at the court on September 28.
