Exports of British foods hits £12bn
Global demand for British tea, biscuits and bangers saw food and non-alcoholic drink exports rise last year to top £12bn for the first time.
The 11% growth was fuelled by markets such as China, Poland, Hong Kong, Netherlands and Belgium said the Food and Drink Federation.
Among the most popular brands were Wagon Wheels, Jammie Dodgers, Typhoo Tea and sausages.
