Farah fury over alleged hit-and-run
A furious Mo Farah took to Twitter after his wife was involved in an alleged hit-and-run crash.
His wife Tania, a mum-of-three including twins born last year, was shaken after a driver ploughed into her car near their family home in Oregon in the US.
She was unhurt but London 2012 Olympic 5,000m and 10,000m champion posted a picture of the mangled BMW and tweeted: "Drunk driver smashed in back of my wife's car..!! And then run off..!! Wish I was there to chase them..!!!"
Two-time Olympic swimming champion Rebecca Adlington was among dozens of well-wishers who replied. She tweeted "god that's awful! Hope she's ok! X"
Farah later wrote: "Wife is ok..!! Police called and said they arrested the driver..!! Happy days."
Farah, 30, is currently in Portland training for the London Marathon on April 21. He will complete the first half and is expected to run the whole race next year.
