Four teenagers quizzed in murder probe after man stabbed
Four boys, aged 15, 16, 16 and 17, and a 43-year-old man have been arrested.
Four teenagers are being questioned on suspicion of murder after a man was stabbed in the early hours of the morning.
The 37-year-old man from Manchester died in hospital after he was stabbed shortly before 3.03am on Sunday at a home in Prince Edward Avenue in Rhyl, North Wales. Three other men were treated in hospital for non-life threatening injuries, North Wales Police said.
Four boys, aged 15, 16, 16 and 17, and a 43-year-old man have been arrested on suspicion of murder and public order offences, while five others from outside North Wales have been held over public order offences.
Superintendent Sian Beck said: “This was a shocking incident in which a man has sadly died. Our thoughts are with the victim’s family at this extremely difficult time.
Detective chief inspector Simon Williams added: “At this time we are not looking for any more suspects as part of the investigation. However, I continue to appeal for witnesses or anyone with information to call us on 101 or Crimestoppers 0800 555 111 quoting ref V061153.”
