Great British Bake Off finalist Ruby Tandoh: I'm gay
Former Great British Bake Off finalist Ruby Tandoh has come out as gay and said the joke is on the "misogynists" who accused her of flirting with the show's judge Paul Hollywood to get ahead.
Hollywood was forced to deny claims he gave the then 21-year-old former model preferential treatment because of her looks when she made it to the 2013 final of the show.
Tandoh posted a link to the Diana Ross hit I'm Coming Out on her Twitter account, saying: "me to my parents today. feeling lucky and joyful and free. over and Out."
She added: "ps for those who thought I fancied Paul Hollywood or that I'd ever bang him to get ahead - Joke's on you, you massive s****ing misogynists".
Tandoh eventually lost to Frances Quinn.
