Hogwarts' Christmas dinner sold out within 24-hours of announcement
Only 24-hours after Warner Brothers Studio Tour London announced the first ever festive feast in the Hogwarts Great Hall, they had to announce that it sold out.
Warner Brothers posted on Facebook saying: "Due to an overwhelming response, this event is now sold out."
Harry Potter fans who magically made the cut will enjoy a two-course meal served at tables of ten. The menu includes ham hock, roast turkey and Christmas pudding. Each guest will also receive a wand, according to Warner Bros.
The Dinner in the Great Hall takes place on Dec. 3 and guests will dine in the iconic Harry Potter setting, decorated with original props featured in the first film, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.
Guests will also have the opportunity to explore parts of the Studio Tour like the Gryffindor common room and the Weasley’s kitchen at The Burrow, which will be dressed as they were for the winter scenes.
Three festive desserts will be served on Platform 9 ¾ alongside the original Hogwarts Express.
Butterbeer will be provided in the backlot café and guests will walk up the wizarding shopping street, Diagon Alley, before seeing the breathtaking Hogwarts castle model. The night will be capped off with music and dancing.
Only Muggles over the age of 18 were allowed to book this magical Christmas experience at £230 (about $350).
Fans who didn't get tickets took to Facebook asking Warner Brothers to add another date.
