John Kerry to visit London for talks on Syria crisis

US Secretary of State John Kerry is visiting London this week for talks on the Syria crisis.

Mr Kerry will arrive for a three-day visit on Friday and will meet Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond.

They are due to discuss "the ongoing crisis in Syria and refugee situation", according to the State Department.

Mr Kerry will also hold talks with United Arab Emirates Foreign Minister Abdullah bin Zayed while in the UK.
