Man City's Frank Lampard and Christine Bleakley eye up lavish New York apartment in Manhattan
It's a dream American pad. TV presenter Christine Bleakley has viewed a 9,000 sq ft New York apartment with her footballer fiance ahead of his move to the US this summer.
The Newtownards woman and Frank Lampard, both aged 36, are reportedly interested in the luxury £64,000 per month rented accommodation in Manhattan which has stunning views of the River Hudson and expansive roof gardens.
Lampard, currently on loan to Manchester City, is moving Stateside in July after signing up with MLS soccer outfit New York City. The midfielder signed with the club last summer but has delayed his start after agreeing to help City push for a Premier League title.
The couple flew to New York for the weekend where they viewed the property as well as watching Lampard's new team in action. Bleakley's broadcast work is based in England.
"Home is very much still London," she has said previously.
