Manhunt that takes the biscuit
Detectives are searching for a man over a robbery which literally took the biscuit.
Police said they want to speak to Liverpudlian Paul Michael Price in connection with the theft of £20,000 of biscuits from the maker of Jammie Dodgers and Wagon Wheels in June.
The cookies were in a lorry and trailer stolen from Burtons Foods in Cwmbran, South Wales, in an early-morning raid on the factory.
A Gwent Police spokesman said yesterday: "We're appealing for information to locate 37-year-old Paul Michael Price from the Liverpool area, who we would like to speak to following the theft of a trailer containing approximately £20,000 worth of biscuits."
