Police plea on missing 12-year-old
Police have released a CCTV image of a 12-year-old girl who has been missing since Tuesday.
Suada Gashi, of Lewisham, south London, was last seen leaving Victoria coach station in central London at 12.40pm on April 2, after getting the coach from Birmingham, Scotland Yard said.
Known in Elephant & Castle, Croydon and Lewisham, she later told a family member on Skype that she was back in Lewisham.
She is slim, has very long black hair, and looks older than her age, police said.
In the last CCTV image of Suada, she is wearing beige boots, a dark-coloured coat and is carrying a coloured shoulder bag or backpack.
Anyone with information should call the Missing Persons Unit on 020 8284 8455.
Police said that Suada had been staying with her older sister in Birmingham, who saw her on to the coach on Tuesday morning to Victoria coach station, London.
Scotland Yard added that on Tuesday evening Suada used her mother's Post Office bank card at an ATM back in Corporation Street, Birmingham.
The same card was used again on the main shopping street in Birmingham city centre just after 10am on Wednesday. She took cash out from over the counter at a post office in a newsagent.
Suada, of Mediterranean appearance, was last seen wearing a cream top with a black swirl pattern and tan Ugg boots, and was carrying a black shoulder bag.
