Two held after M-way death crash

Two men have been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving following a pile-up on the M25 motorway.

A man, believed to have been a 39-year-old from Leicester, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash between junctions 25 and 27 in Essex, which happened at about 1.50am today.

Police said four other people were taken to hospital but their injuries are not believed to be serious.

Four lorries and a Peugeot car were involved in the collision.

The arrested men, aged 33 and 25, are both in hospital and will be interviewed in due course, Essex Police said.
