Two men have been arrested after a 59-year-old was found stabbed to death at a flat in Birmingham.

The men, aged 29 and 30, are being held on suspicion of murder, West Midlands Police said.

An ambulance crew was called to the property in Brewers Square in Edgbaston, at just after 9.45pm on Friday, but the man was reported dead at the scene.

Officers said a post mortem will take place over the weekend to establish his precise cause of death.
