Ukip members get ballot papers to elect new leader
Ballot papers are being issued to Ukip members as they prepare to choose who they want to take over as party leader from Nigel Farage.
Mr Farage resigned in the wake of the UK's Brexit vote on June 23.
There are five candidates in the running to replace him: Bill Etheridge, Elizabeth Jones, Lisa Duffy, Phillip Broughton and the favourite, Diane James.
Four of the five candidates have taken part in leadership debates across the country as they sought to win the support of the party faithful.
However, Ms James has been criticised by her rivals for failing to attend the hustings, choosing instead to conduct her own events.
Ballot papers are being sent to all party members and the winner of the leadership contest will be announced at Ukip's annual conference in Bournemouth on September 15.
