The row over the future of London's Olympic Stadium has taken a new twist after West Ham United said it was taking legal action against Tottenham Hotspur and The Sunday Times over claims surrounding the bidding.
The club said it was treating newspaper claims "with the utmost seriousness".
It has emerged that an Olympic Park Legacy Company employee, named by West Ham as Dionne Knight, carried out paid consultancy work for the club without her bosses' knowledge.
