Woman 'raped at West murders house'
A woman has told police she was raped at the house where serial killers Fred and Rose West began their murder spree.
The alleged victim, understood to have been illegally trafficked into the UK, claims she was set upon while being held by a pimp at 25 Midland Road, Gloucester, where the Wests' eight-year-old daughter Charmaine was murdered and buried under the kitchen floor in 1971.
The rape allegation was made to vice squads investigating a suspected sex trafficking ring involving the UK and the Czech Republic, a source said.
Three people - Iveta Viragova, 43, Votjech Virag, 25, and Ludmila Nistorova, 52 - have been charged with trafficking women into the UK for sexual exploitation, said Scotland Yard.
Viragova and Virag, both from Tooting south-west London, are due to appear at City of Westminster Magistrates' Court while Nistorova, of Raglan Court, Gloucester, is appearing before magistrates in Cheltenham later.
They all faces five charges each, including conspiracy to traffic for sexual exploitation and immigration offences. Three men arrested in the Czech Republic are currently subject to extradition proceedings.
It is understood the investigation started after one victim escaped from the gang and reported them to police.
The Wests tortured, raped and murdered an unknown number of women over a 20-year period.
Fred West was charged with 12 murders, but committed suicide in a Birmingham prison before his trial. Rose West was convicted of 10 murders in November 1995 and is serving life.
All three trafficking suspects were remanded in custody to appear at Southwark Crown Court, a courts official said. Viragova and Virag will appear in court on September 22 while Nistorova was told she will appear again on July 20.
