Police say 15 people have been killed in a bus crash in Siberia

Fifteen people were killed and eight others injured when a passenger bus and a truck collided on a road in Siberia, Russian police say.

The LifeNews website published a photograph of the crash, showing the wreckage of a green bus and a Kamaz truck, which had been carrying a load of bricks.

Police say the crash occurred Wednesday afternoon near the Siberian city of Omsk. There was no immediate word on what caused it.

LifeNews said the bus passengers were all workers from a local factory.
