9/11 tower tops New York skyline
Workers have raised a steel column to the top of the building that has been called the Freedom Tower to make it New York City's tallest skyscraper.
One World Trade Centre is being built to replace the twin towers destroyed in the September 11 attacks.
It reached just over 1,250 feet (381 metres) - just taller than the observation deck on the Empire State Building.
But floors are still being added, and One World Trade Centre is not expected to reach its full height for at least another year.
At that point, it is likely to be declared the tallest building in the US and third tallest in the world.
