Ailing Chavez targets election win
Venezuelan president Hugo Chavez has said he is recuperating from his fourth round of chemotherapy and gearing up for a re-election bid next year.
Mr Chavez finished his final round of chemotherapy in Cuba last week.
The president underwent surgery in Cuba in June to remove a tumour from his pelvic region.
He said on state television that his "desire to live has grown" since he was diagnosed with cancer.
Mr Chavez has said previously that tests have shown no signs of a recurrence.
The self-proclaimed revolutionary vowed to win next year's October 7 election, but he noted the campaign could be difficult.
