A doctor’s clinic in Georgia, US is appealing a court decision that resulted in the payout of £2m to the family of a man who died during a threesome, The Sun has reported.
William Martinez’ family won their malpractice case against the clinic that failed to advise the 31-year-old father to avoid strenuous activity after he complained to them of chest pains a week prior to his death.
The court heard how Mr Martinez died of a heart attack brought on by the excitement of a sexual encounter with another man and a woman.
