'Israeli' hit squad that killed Hamas commander 'had Irish passports'
Saturday, 6 February 2010
Members of a hit squad that assassinated a top Hamas military commander used Irish passports to enter and leave Dubai, it's been claimed.
The suspected Israeli hit team, including at least one woman, entered the United Arab Emirates using Irish documents, police authorities said.
Mahmoud al-Mabhouh (50), held responsible by Israel for the abduction and murder of two Israeli soldiers in 1989, died in mysterious circumstances on January 20 in a Dubai hotel room.
The Irish Department of Foreign Affairs spokesman said yesterday: "We are aware of the media reports and we are in contact with authorities locally to try and determine the truth of the reports."
Al-Mabhouh was said to have been shocked with an electric weapon held to his legs and then suffocated or poisoned.
Iran and Hamas have blamed Israel for the killing, but Israeli news media claimed al-Mabhouh had many enemies and could have been killed by other Arab factions.
Up to seven people were said to have been involved in al-Mabhouh's killing, four of whom used Irish passports to enter Dubai and who later fled to a "European country" after the killing, according to police sources in Dubai.
Declining to reveal their identities, an official said UAE security personnel were co-ordinating with Interpol to have them extradited.
Al-Mabhouh had been out for most of the day and returned to his room only after 9pm, police said.
Pathologists were said to have determined the cause of death as asphyxiation, probably with a pillow found near the body and stained with blood. A room cleaner found his body the next day.
He had travelled to Dubai under another name.
The victim was said to have been in charge of weapons procurement for Hamas and was on a mission in Dubai.
His brother said it was not the first attempt on his life. Six months ago, he was rushed to hospital in Dubai in a coma and treated for poisoning.
Mr Mabhouh's funeral was held in Damascus, where he had lived for 20 years with his wife and children.
In 1986, US officials, including Oliver North, reportedly used Irish passports to travel to Iran to offer missiles for hostages.

The passports did not contain the right amount of numbers and had no letters and no passports were ever issued under those names. The Irish State should distance ourselves from this matter quickly, an show support for our Palestinian brethren.
And to Wm. H. Cornell - it is not anti-semitism to support Palestine. We as Irish, know how they feel to be occupied by foreign oppressors. Israel are now using heat rounds in their attacks. This is barbarous. Are Jews beyond questioning ? Perhaps this is how they now own every american citizen in perpetuity via the Federal Reserve. No one asking why the government is paying interest on its own currency. ! 12 private and very Jewish banks are sucking the lifeblood out of America. This is not anti-semitism, it is a statement of economic fact.

Why use phony Irish passports? Are Irish passports that easy to forge?

Angel, in your posting "that" on the first line should be "who" and the comma before the "and" on line three is a grammatical atrocity. Are you right in thinking that only Israel supporters have difficulty in spelling and grammar, or have you betrayed yourself as an undercover Zionist?

One consistent trait of most of the supporters of Israel that have posted here seems to be a complete ignorance of correct spelling and grammar. This would also indicate difficulty in reading, comprehension, and critical thinking. Surprise!

this is just another example of a terrorist state doing as they wish when they wish. if they are not killing women and children in there so called war.
how can this terrorist state of israel be aload to carry on commiting this crimes.
and for those to choose to close there eyes and point the finger in other directions, ie iran. lets look at history to solve this. ever since it was decided to give the land to the jews, they have bullied and forced the arab people out of there land.
this just goes to show that religion causes more problems than it is worth. whether that be the jews murdering inncoent poeple and stealing land or the catholic church molesting children, it is all wrong! and the church in whatever form promots this.

Religions of David/ Abraham are crazy and should be dropped by good sensible people. Look at every country who has ever adopted this religion scam.
This is nothing more than middle east sectarianism.

I am always amazed at the poor reading skills of some people...who automatically point to Israel when even the article does not say that there is conclusive evidence===>
"Iran and Hamas have blamed Israel for the killing, but Israeli news media claimed al-Mabhouh had many enemies and could have been killed by other Arab factions."

Perhaps all the posters who heap condemnation of Israel over this might like to share with us what evidence there is Israel was behind it. Absolutely none has been offered. So how do they justify their comments?

I would like to know why more of an issue is not being made out of this. If true the ROI must give us an answer as to why it was involved... Ireland has not been affected by Islamic militant groups and any percieved involvement in this could cause us alot of unforseen trouble

Irish and Canadian passports are the papers of choice for all black ops.

Israel has no respect for Ireland.
Israel should be sanctioned by Ireland for using Irish passports to commit murder.
Now, Ireland is going to be a target for supporting Israel.

Oh dear oh dear. Hamas & Iran say it was Isreal who killed him, so obviously it must be true!!! Isrealies using Irish Passports and no suspission from the UAE on entry, come of it. When are you people going to stop believing everything that comes out of the anti Isreal propaganda machine. Isreal appear to not just be fighting Hamas, but half the world. No wonder they have to fight back.

note the part where it says he travelled to dubai under a different name, too many of you do gooders out there ready to condemn israel. the sas should have been allowed to do that during the troubles and there would have been a lot less of our forces killed.

Iran and Hamas now theres two lots of people you would trust....

its good to see all of the antiSemitism which is apparent in Ireland... a nation tries to defend itself against the attacks of a radical-Islamic enemy bent on destruction and Jihad, and all you can do is point the finger at Israel. Instead, why not criticze the Palestinians? Not only are they terrorists, but they're not even a real ethnic group or nation! Palestine, as they consider it, never existed as a comprehensive nation. Present day Israelis could also be considered Palestian! it just the name of a piece of land, a name given by the British.

Hi, have u all read a book on MOSSAD by a Lt. Colonel in the MOSSAD, don't recall his name. Ovtrovoskie? The book is, BY WAY OF DECEPTION - (By Way of Deception Thou Shalt Do War). Good book. Formerly, the MOSSAD devils favorite were Canadian passport, then New Zealand (to enter Indonesia? Bali Bomb, Marrriot Hotel Bomb, Ausie Embassy Bomb? All indications the bomb used being Micro Nuke!).
Now, Irish passport! Why? Because the Irish have guts to say boldly NO! to Zionists' puppet the E.U.
Kindly Search my name, or tjoaginsing -- ENJOY.
AN MOSSD in Jakarta will be history, when I meet tehm on the street! And I mean it.
btw., just two weeks back, the Indonesian Cop did a persona-non-grata an CIA agent!
My late dadn and I (I was an undergrad) met his CIA Agent in Jakarta, cover as Press Attache in US Embassy. (dad was not aware he was an Istaeli - Cohen). Now I know, he had been (that nice, soft-spoken Cohen) a Mole in the CIA, in fact, a MOSSAD agent!

Israel is an apartheid, false flag op specialist, terrorist state.

When a person or a rogue state can murder with impunity and not EVER be held accountable, like Israel, the extrajudicial killings will continue.
Some say it's counter-terrorism, others say that it's terrorists in uniform... an IDF or MOSSAD uniform.

The Israeli`s have used personal details of Germans and New Zelanders....the people with the stolen identies were still alive, either in old people home or prison. Western governments are complicit in identity theft.
