Judge to rule on Bieber urine video

A judge could decide whether to allow the release of remaining police video of Justin Bieber urinating into a cup for a drug test.

Judge William Altfield from Miami-Dade County in South Florida, set a hearing for today after reviewing five video clips. Lawyers for Bieber, who turned 20 on Saturday, are attempting to block the video's release as an invasion of privacy.

Florida law requires release of the video and any sensitive portions can be blacked out.

Bieber has pleaded not guilty to charges of driving under the influence, resisting arrest and driving with an expired licence following his January 23 arrest.

Police video released last week showed Bieber walking unsteadily during sobriety tests.
