Lohan has also has re-hired her long-time lawyer, Shawn Holley, to handle her court case.
Mr White says he has been in contact with Holley about Lohan's case.
Lohan is required to spend 90 days in rehab as part of a plea deal in a misdemeanour case filed after a June car accident.
Earlier there was mystery over her whereabouts are unknown hours after her lawyer told a judge that the troubled actress had checked into another rehab facility only to later learn that the starlet apparently never checked in for treatment.
