Venezuela says say navy divers have recovered five bodies from the wreckage of a plane that crashed in the Caribbean last year, carrying the chief executive of Italian fashion house Missoni and five others.
Attorney general Luisa Ortega said it would take up to a month to positively identify the remains, which she said were recovered between October 12 and 19.
The wreckage of the light aircraft was located on June 27 near the Los Roques islands at a depth of nearly 300 feet.
On board when it went down were 58-year-old Vittorio Missoni, his wife, two Italian friends and the two-man Venezuelan crew.
