Quake city rocked by aftershock
An aftershock has rattled buildings in New Zealand's earthquake-ravaged city of Christchurch.
The US Geological Survey said the 5.5-magnitude quake struck 14 miles west of Christchurch at a depth of just under two miles.
The city has been rocked by scores of aftershocks since a devastating earthquake in February killed 181 people.
The latest tremor knocked items off shop shelves, but officials say there have been no reports of serious damage or injuries.
