A Catholic priest has been jailed after he robbed a bank following his sacking from his parish, say police.
Father Norbert Jedrusinski, 37, fled with a £900 haul after threatening staff with a knife at the bank in Szamotuly, Poland, but was arrested when he tried to flee on a bus.
“He's a priest but he doesn't currently have a parish,” said public prosecutor spokeswoman Magdalena Mazur-Prus.
