'Stalker secretly filmed ESPN star in nude'

A man accused of secretly filming nude videos of a TV sports reporter also put clips of other women online, prosecutors have claimed.
Michael Barrett has been released on bail but ordered to stay away from the web and mobile phones and wear an electronic monitoring tag on his ankle.
The 47-year-old is accused of filming ESPN's Erin Andrews through peepholes in hotel doors and trying to sell the videos to celebrity gossip website TMZ.
FBI papers revealed Barrett specifically asked for a room next to Miss Andrews at a Tennessee hotel where seven nude videos were recorded.
Assistant US Attorney Steven Grimes told a court in Los Angeles that Barrett continues to be a threat to Miss Andrews and “a danger to other women”.
Miss Andrews, 31, is a star “sideline reporter” at US sporting events and has twice been voted America's Sexiest Sportscaster by Playboy magazine.
Her lawyers said she is pleased Barrett has been charged but that the case raises issues that go far beyond the privacy of celebrities.
After the bail hearing, Mr Barrett's lawyer Rick Bueke said Barrett had many friends and that the person described in the allegations “is certainly not the Mike Barrett that any of us know”.
Some of the hotels where the videos may have been shot have issued statements promising to look into the privacy of guests.
Barrett is charged with interstate stalking which carries a maximum penalty of five years in federal prison and a fine of £150,000.
