Three killed in US tornado terror
Three members of one family were killed when a tornado hit a home in central Alabama, the US.
Autauga County chief deputy cheriff Joe Sedinger said the adults died late on Friday night in the Boone's Chapel community of the county, about 24 miles north of Montgomery.
Combined with one death previously reported in Alabama and other fatalities in Arkansas and Oklahoma, the death toll has risen to 13 in America's deadliest storm of the season.
The storms began late on Thursday in Oklahoma, then pushed into Arkansas. By Friday night, tornadoes had also been reported in Mississippi and strong winds knocked down trees in Georgia.
