U2 cancel Stockholm concert after 'security breach'

U2 cancelled a concert in Sweden after a security breach prompted police to evacuate the Globe Arena in Stockholm.

Police said they stopped the event on Sunday night due to a security problem as spectators entered the arena.

They did not specify the reason but said they had started an investigation regarding a possible weapons violation. No-one was arrested.

In a statement on U2's home page, the organisers said the show was rescheduled for Tuesday. They apologised for the inconvenience and said the audience's "safety is the priority".
