Victim of Tucson shooting arrested after Tea Party threat
US authorities said one of the victims of the shooting rampage in Tucson has been arrested after he threatened a Tea Party leader during a town hall meeting for a television show.
James Eric Fuller, who was shot in the knee and the back, objected to a remark Trent Humphries made during the forum.
Authorities in Arizona said Mr Fuller (63) took a picture of Mr Humphries and yelled “you're dead”. The meeting was being taped for an ABC special.
