Wife's breast milk cheese sold at New York restaurant
Thursday, 11 March 2010
A New York restaurant has gone from brasserie to brassiere. Chef Daniel Angerer is letting diners at Klee Brasserie in Manhattan munch on cheese made from his wife's breast milk.
“It tastes like cow's milk cheese, kind of sweet,” he said.
The flavour depends on what the cheese is served with — Angerer recommends a Riesling — and “what the mother eats”, said Angere.
Breast milk doesn't curdle well due to its low protein content, so a little moo juice has to be added to round out the texture, Angerer said.

I drink soy either way. I'd just as soon avoid all the additional hormones natural or otherwise... it's bad enough it's in our water.
While I love cheese (yes do eat cheese, it's my wicked downfall, eh), I doubt I'd ever eat this, only because cows milk "has to be added to round out the texture" anyway...
The article didn't mention the cost...

Humans drinking the milk of a cow makes less sense than drinking or eating milk made from humans, if you think about it. We've been trained to think that cow milk is the most natural thing for us to imbibe, when in fact it's made for calves, obviously. It's as sane as cows drinking human milk. People are braindead. Wake up.

For you who say it's sick, how much difference is it really drinking milk from a cow or a goat?
Is it because it makes you feel like an infant?

we should be allowed be allowed to take the milk directly from the woman's breast as nature intended.
joking aside, our diets are too high in protien dairy milk was meant for calfs not for human consumption.

This is a non story human milk products have been used by myself and other bodybuilders and athletes for the last 35 years. They are usually sourced from the nordic countries.

Is it easy to make? A recipe and preparation guide would be nice. Then I just need to get my wife involved or some other woman.
