Let's face it, Nigel isn't picture perfect
I get weary when I see Nigel Farage (above) on TV. He has an annoying face, sometimes like a punched-in leather football (when he's feeling unappreciated, like when he goes to Scotland and gets called a 'bawbag'), sometimes like a frenzied dry-retching bullfrog (when he thinks he's going down a storm; see last week's Question Time).
But it's not that. He just seems to pop up an awful lot. Then again, when your fellow party members are the kind of folk who 'brand' poppy wreaths with massive UKIP badges before laying them at a Cenotaph, as happened in Plymouth this week, you might feel a bit nervous about delegating.
