Willie Frazer becoming shirty defies belief

Last year there was a little cultural fracas around a Downton Abbey storyline about a (offscreen) rape which some fans felt should not be allowed because it wasn't very nice and ruined their Sunday evening G&Ts.

The concept of artistic freedom was patiently explained to what some of us called the 'stupid' contingent, but now we have a new challenge; Willie Frazer's contention that a BBC investigation is required to probe the 'horror' of an EastEnders' character wearing a Ballymena St Patrick's College PE top which he believes 'glorifies IRA terrorists'.

'Stupid' doesn't quite cover this one.
