Amanda Knox was cleared by a court in Italy of the murder of her housemate Meredith Kercher.
But Meredith's family believe the American girl has still questions to answer about what exactly happened in the house the pair shared that night.
The Italian court now wants Amanda to return for a retrial. She says she won't be going back. Among other concerns, she argues that she has no money left to cover legal costs.
She says though, that she wants to visit Meredith's grave with members of the girl's family for "closure". Surely she must know how callous this sounds when that family still need the answers they feel they have been denied?
