Are Northern Ireland's leaders as noteworthy as Kim Jong-Un?
North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un travels everywhere with an entourage. Photos show most of them making copious notes of every word the great leader utters.
Apparently, this is to provide "guidance" to the population. Advice on practical matters, philosophical musings and even his jokey one-liners, all are written down and passed on.
(I'm imagining "Paddy the Korean goes into a pub" isn't how any of his anecdotes start.) Maybe we ought to start this practice here with our leaders – although categorising their utterings into practical, philosophical or just a joke, might be the challenge.
