I can't work out pension problem
I confess. I read the news that the pension age will rise to 68 in the 2030s and was about to be morally indignant, but then I did a quick sum, worked out it wouldn't apply to me 'cos I'm too old already and heaved a huge sigh of "couldn't care less about those young ones" relief.
Selfish, I know, but c'mon, there has to be SOME compensation for being the older generation, doesn't there?
Some reports say people under 40 now will be working til they're 77.
Until 77?!?! I get exhausted just working til half five.
