If only I could lose the fault-finding

I've lost 23 pounds in weight in 14 weeks. That's nearly 12 bags of sugar or just over three half-stone bags of spuds.
I went and looked at the potatoes and the sugar in the supermarket to get a sense of the weight. It's the equivilant of a small child!
No wonder I am not nearly as tired as I used to be, I've stopped hauling the wean around everywhere with me!
Of course, I still look at myself in changing room mirrors and see the faults first, not the positives. I guess losing the self-critical attitude takes longer...
