Broadcaster Gerry Anderson will tonight address one of man's greatest dreads - going bald.
There are crazy ways of disguising thinning locks, for example, head tattoos, but the most successful way of reversing the process is by hair transplantation. Actor James Nesbitt and footballer Wayne Rooney have chosen this option.
But is that just an expensive vanity project? After all, everyone knows James and Wayne were balding and is there really any point in spending thousands of pounds to cover up what is just a natural process for at least one-in-three men? Is it actually any different from wearing a wig and the mirth associated with such weaves?
