Editor's Viewpoint: A roaring success

They may have died out 65 million years ago, but the appeal of dinosaurs is timeless. Think of the success of films like Jurassic Park and it is obvious that there is audience for these giants of the dim and distant past.

The Ulster Museum has tapped into that enthusiasm with its Age of the Dinosaur exhibition which has robotic recreations of the creatures along with real skeletal remains and interactive events. Thousands of visitors have already poured through the doors of the museum and thousands more are booked. Who says that Northern Ireland people dwell too much in the past?
