Editor's Viewpoint: A super little star

Winning all-Ireland contests is nothing new to Tyrone, but this time the victor is an angelic 13-year-old schoolgirl, Chloe Coyle, rather than a bunch of muscular gaelic footballers.

Chloe, from Castlederg, certainly had something to sing about after lifting the top prize of £45,000 in the RTE talent show.

She even managed to unite warring political parties, the UUP and Sinn Fein, whose local representatives threw their weight behind her bid for glory. Chloe may now put some of her winnings towards a place in performing arts school and it seems a fair bet that we have not heard the last of her stunning voice.
