Editor's Viewpoint: We're a tasty dish

As Northern Ireland's culinary reputation has grown in recent years, so too have the demands of restaurants' customers. The province is fortunate, therefore, to have a bountiful larder on land and in the surrounding sea.

Any dish is only as good as the quality of its ingredients and Northern Ireland's suppliers are among the best anywhere, supplying not only local chefs but restaurants throughout the UK and Europe. These are literally home-grown success stories and often do not get the credit they deserve. We are glad to set the record straight.
