Fitting celebration of wee Oscar's inspirational life

The death of little Oscar Knox has saddened so many people whose lives were touched by the courage of this small boy in his long fight against cancer.

His parents and family have been so brave, and it was typical of their fortitude and sensitivity that they held such a moving funeral for him, and also a celebration of the life of a small child who made such a difference in our midst.

It is also encouraging to know that thousands of pounds have been raised for the hospice movement from a public that were so moved by this little boy.

Money is indeed important, but many things in life are truly priceless, including the life of little Oscar Knox who so inspired us all.
