Students from Queen's University and the University of Ulster will receive their degrees over the next week.

Graduation day is a milestone when our young people will enter the world of work, if they are fortunate enough to secure a job.

This is a time of great uncertainty, and the unemployment market is tougher than ever. However, we need the creativity of our talented young people to help grow the economy, and they provide some of our best hopes for the future.

There will be much excitement for all our graduates, and we wish them all well for the next stage of their lives.
