Homesickness as tricky an opponent as Carl has faced

There are many compensations in being the spouse of a world-class sports star, as evidenced by the opulent home owned by world champion boxer Carl Frampton and his wife Christine. It shows the rewards available to a star at the top of his game. But even this gracious living does not compensate Christine for the long periods that she has to spend alone with their two young children when Carl is away training. That has prompted the couple to put their Banbridge property on the market and to begin looking for a home closer to their families in Belfast.

It seems that whatever the lifestyle, a girl still needs her mum.
