The Ireland women's rugby team have shown the menfolk a clean pair of heels by winning the Triple Crown with a decisive victory over Scotland.
Not so the Irish men's team which overpowered the Scots for most of the match yesterday and still managed to snatch defeat out of the jaws of victory. Paddy Jackson from Ulster, who missed several crucial kicks, will want to forget this one.
The Irish coach may wish to pick him again to restore his confidence, and maybe a home crowd will help him forget the horrors of Edinburgh.
Overall, however, no Irish eyes were smiling yesterday.
