Andrew Fitzsimmons died from a rare form of cancer last year, at the tragically young age of 23, but his story lives on to inspire us.

Andrew bore his illness with great courage, and one of his last wishes was to finish a comic about his life story. His family is now appealing for donations to help them fulfil his dreams. Andrew was working with Uproar Comics in Londonderry, and the art team which helped with the scripting needs funding to finalise production. Between £3,000-£5000 is needed to produce around 1,000 copies for distribution to hospitals throughout the UK.

This is a very worthy cause which deserves the support of our readers and all others who want to fufil the final wishes of a brave young man.
