Airport taxi issue is solved

I was surprised to learn that so many people who arrive at Belfast's two airports believe they have no other option than to use the taxis that are on the airport taxi rank.

Once we leave the aircraft we are free to think and act for ourselves. Travellers, local and visitors, can arrange for a taxi from the company of their choice to collect them, saving a few pounds by following some easy steps.

Only order your taxi when you get off the aircraft and are allowed to use your mobile phone. Allow 10 minutes to make your way to the short-stay car park, 25 minutes if you have luggage to collect, this avoids paying waiting time and before you order or get into any taxi always ask for an approximate price.

Any of Belfast's taxi firms will be glad to get you, your friends or business colleagues.
