Now that the company that owns Obel Tower has gone into administration, leaving more than half the rooms unoccupied, is there no possibility of a hotel in the building taking over the empty floors (News, December 1)?
Belfast is crying out for hotels and hotel rooms. This could be an opportunity to create a few more.
There are new buildings lying empty in the city. Could these not be converted into hotels as well?
