Bank's actions were underhand
Ulster Bank allowed its customers (and I am one of them) to believe that their problems were being addressed from June 21. They were not.
Only RBS and NatWest accounts were being remedied.
Ulster Bank knew the situation, yet said nothing as the goalposts were being shifted. That's neither moral nor ethical and they deserve to be indicted.
May I add that, due to their misleading information, my son in Amsterdam failed to get a deposit on time to secure an apartment he needed to take up a new post.
