BBC licence fee cut would solve a few problems

The Government does not have the money to give us a tax-break using PAYE. However, if it cut the BBC licence fee to £73, it would give millions a tax-break and pump £2.3bn into the economy. It would force the BBC to sack its endless layers of suits and stop it paying mediocre presenters millions a year for absolute rubbish.
